We offer a complete package for all stage and studio engineering projects, from design, right through to manufacture, installation and thorough testing.

We pride ourselves on our service, with great emphasis being placed on teamwork. Each of our teams is headed up by a Supervisor who is experienced in the various disciplines involved in planning and developing studio or stage equipment. Each Supervisor is responsible for ensuring their team adheres to the work schedule and various benchmarks that keep our projects running on time and to budget.

STUDIO AND STAGE DESIGN

Our full mechanical and electrical design service includes production of A3 schematic drawings so you can envisage the solution and its capabilities before progressing to the next stage of the project. Our team have the experience to design bespoke solution to suit your set, requirements and budget.

MANUFACTURE OF STAGE TECHNOLOGIES

We offer a complete manufacturing capability for all mechanical and electrical items. All assembly work is carried out by our team in our own workshops right here in the UK to the highest standards. Find out more about the range of technologies we can manufacture.

TESTING OF STUDIO AND STAGE SYSTEMS

All of our products undergo a thorough testing process before despatch and installation. Tests include functional checks and load tests, where necessary. We are a member of LEEA and are qualified under the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER) and Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER).

INSTALLATION OF STAGE ENGINEERING

We have both the experience and the team to enable us to offer a full installation service. Installation is often a labour-intensive requiring a team of specialists on site for the duration of the installation. AFTER SALES SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE

All equipment installed by TV and Theatre Services can be looked after as part of our planned maintenance service. This includes annual inspection and certification to ensure peak performance, reliability and, above all, safety over many years of service. We offer ongoing maintenance contracts but can also respond to emergency call outs when needed.
